Tucumcari Bikes for Books & Scholarships
Tucumcari #27 has donated four bikes to Logan school for their "Bikes for Books" program & I will attach pictures of them on presentation day, May 18th, 2011. The four bikes were presented to the Tucumcari Library and they will be presented at the close of their summer reading program. The Carl Scott scholarships were awarded with seven going to Tucumcari Graduates & four to Logan Grads. Returning College student scholarships were awarded, also. Photo of the Logan receivers will be added to this article. Jim Dow got to present the scholarship awards to the Tucumcari group, but no pictures.
