Listing Your Business with Grand Lodge
A Business Owner or Employee Supporting Masonry
A business owner or employee who wishes to help support Masonry may submit a listing as either an employee, a proprietor, a partner, or a member of the company to be listed (holding shares does not constitute appropriate participation with the company, as we would like to have a point of contact for the company); or may be a promotional item for a Mason or Masonic Organization Chartered in New Mexico.
May Submit a Listing
The listing is on the Business Directory portion of the website - http://nmmasons.org (or a link from it to another site operated by the Grand Lodge of New Mexico). This is a page on the web, and can contain a great deal of information to represent the business, it's products and services, and contact information.
The listing MUST include:
- The Name of the Business
- The Line of Business
- Point of Contact phone, email, and business address
The listing may include:
- Company Website
- Company Logo
- Point of Contact’s Bio
- Company Service Mark
- Map to Company Location
- Company Teaser and information about products and services
Up to 5000 words and multiple pictures in a single page layout are placed on a page that highlights business offerings and activities
For Annual Posting
Postings will be for one year (renewable) and a donation of $120.00 per year, posted when materials and scheduling permit, payable when materials are submitted. Renewal of the posting will be billed on the first day of the same month of the renewal year, payalble by the last month of the renewal year. This donation is NOT to a Charity.
Copy (text verbiage) and photos/logos should be submitted by digital media (email/CD/DVD/jump drive). Submissions may be faxed, but picture quality and timliness cannot be guaranteed (extra fees may apply).
